How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website by clicking "Order Now" on any product. This will redirect you to our WhatsApp or Daraz Store where you can confirm your details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. You can also pay online via JazzCash/EasyPaisa if you prefer.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery charges apply based on your city. Generally, it is around Rs. 200 - Rs. 250. Shipping is FREE on orders above a certain amount!
How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 3 to 5 working days. Customers in Shikarpur may receive their orders within 24 hours.
Returns & Exchange
Can I return or exchange my shoes?
Yes! If the size is wrong or the product is damaged, you can exchange it within 7 days. Please keep the shoes unused and in original packaging.
