How do I place an order?
Browse our Men's, Women's, or Kids' collection, tap "Buy" on the product you want, and your order details will open in WhatsApp. Our team confirms your size, address, and payment there.
How do I know which size to pick?
Each product listing includes a size guide. If you're unsure about fit, message us on WhatsApp before ordering — since all orders are final, we're happy to help you get it right the first time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. Payment details are confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp once your order is placed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery time after that depends on your city and the courier service. You'll get tracking details on WhatsApp once it ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All orders are final — we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your size and details before ordering.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver across Pakistan, with fast delivery in and around Shikarpur.
