Easy 7-Day Replacement Policy
At Shan Steps, we want you to have the perfect fit. If you are not satisfied with the size or quality, we are here to help you exchange it.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
Wrong Size/Color
If we sent you the wrong size or color, we will exchange it for free.
If we sent you the wrong size or color, we will exchange it for free.
Defective Product
If the shoe is damaged upon arrival, we will replace it immediately.
If the shoe is damaged upon arrival, we will replace it immediately.
Note: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Used shoes will not be accepted.
2. How to Exchange?
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Send us a photo of the product (and the defect, if any).
- Ship the product back to our address in Shikarpur.
3. Shipping Costs
- Our Fault: If the product is damaged or wrong, We Pay for the return shipping.
- Change of Mind: If you just want to change the style or size (and we sent the correct one), You Pay the shipping charges.
