Welcome to Shan Steps. By accessing our website or placing an order via WhatsApp/Daraz, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Products & Accuracy
We strive to display the colors and images of our footwear as accurately as possible. However:
- Colors: Actual shoe colors may vary slightly due to mobile/screen display settings.
- Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payment Methods: We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments via our partners (Daraz, etc.).
3. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days depending on your city (e.g., Shikarpur, Karachi, Lahore). Shan Steps is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a return/exchange policy if the size is incorrect or the product is damaged. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
